Straight-through backwash filter
I. Introduction:
The straight-through backwash filter overcomes many shortcomings of traditional filtration products, such as small dirt holding capacity, easy clogging by dirt, need to disassemble and clean the filter part, and inability to monitor the filter status. It has the functions of filtering raw water and automatically cleaning and draining the filter element. During cleaning and draining, the system can supply water continuously, and the working status of the filter can be monitored, with a high degree of automation. It meets various filtration precision requirements from 10μm to 3000μm and provides customers with various water filtration equipment. The filtration equipment adopts an advanced internal mechanical structure, realizing a true high-pressure backwash function, which can easily and thoroughly remove impurities trapped by the filter screen, with no dead angle in cleaning and no attenuation of flux, ensuring filtration efficiency and long service life. The filtration equipment uses 304 or 316L stainless steel wedge-shaped filter screens, which have high strength, high precision, and corrosion resistance, with a maximum filtration precision of up to 50 microns.

IV. Installation and Operation:
1. The backwash sewage filter can be installed horizontally or vertically in the pipeline. During installation, ensure that the arrow direction on the housing is consistent with the medium flow direction.
2. During normal operation, you do not need to fully close the water outlet valve; you can directly close the manual valve and open the sewage outlet for drainage.
3. It can be directly installed on the system without any support structure, saving space.
4. When the backwash sewage filter is used in conjunction with an electronic water treatment device, it should be installed before the water inlet of the water treatment device.
5. This equipment has no wearing parts; only regular flushing and sewage discharge according to water quality are required.
